Beaumont Engagements | Sarah and Pete

I met Sarah and Pete way back in Jeanne and David’s wedding, she was the bridesmaid in the classic Chanel-like dress and netted veil, he was her boyfriend, standing cool off-to-the-side and watching the action. We actually talked for a moment or two, discussing getting together at some point for a session, I really liked their style. I don’t think either of us knew it would be for her upcoming wedding

Flash-forward nearly a year – Sarah gets engaged to Pete and contacts me regarding photographing all the festivities leading up to their Halloween wedding this coming Fall – yahoo!We have a few unique sessions coming up, the first being their engagement session during the South Texas State Fair.

If you aren’t eating something on a stick, you aren’t at the fair:





The weather was gorgeous that day, lots of sun initially and a beautiful full moon that evening. We head to the ferris wheel for the view…





The line was pretty long to get on-board, so Sarah and Pete found something to do during the wait:

From there, we headed to the Fun House, some more stuff-on-a-stick (deep-fried brownie this time – looked very good but I was still finishing my yummy gyro, no time for sugar just yet).
