It’s a Girl!

Yes, we knew that part already, but it’s still fun to say:)

Melanie went into labor a bit early last night, so we went to the hospital to get checked, the doctor (Dr. Pieternelle) was walking up the hall as we walked off the elevator and said “there’s no use even checking you, you are less than 12 hours from the scheduled c-section, let’s go ahead and have her”.

Melanie’s eyes bugged, my mouth dropped and an hour later Elise was here!:)Just a few photos before I head back to the hospital:

Suzy James - Oh! I just got home from Breckinridge and I was thinking as I was coming down hwy 90 that I needed to check on you guys… I had a funny feeling. What a beautiful Baby girl. I love her name, a sweet girl for sure. Melanie looks so beautiful… always… of course. Your photos make me feel like I was there. You are so talented Allen.
