Linda and Jusselin

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing my nephew Jusselin’s and his bride Linda’s wedding. Seconded again by the up-and-coming wedding photographer Marius, we were blessed to be a small part of a intimate and moving service.

Those of you who have been following us for a while may remember that I photographed his brother Chris (and his bride, also named Linda 🙂 , (who, btw, birthed a brand new baby Friday night! )) last year about this time as well. Jusselin and Chris’s mom Michelle passed in a car accident when they were both infants/toddlers and they’ve had a bit of a rough upbringing. It’s been great to watch them mature into the fine young men they’ve become – Michelle would definitely be proud.

Linda was in the best mood all day, giggling at all of Jusselin’s jokes, even a few of the pastor’s.

Here’s the happy couple afterwards. We had lunch with them yesterday and they still haven’t stopped smiling 🙂 :

Did I mention something about someone liking pink? 🙂 The two salt and pepper shakers cake toppers are related to a scene in the movie “Fireproof” – if you haven’t seen it yet, rent it – powerful movie.

Lots more images going into their gallery in the next day or so. For those who haven’t heard of the salt and pepper shaker theme, here you go:

Just wanted to let you know that I have to limit how often I visit your site…..your pics are so good, that I get lost in their beauty and lose track of time. That’s not so good when I am at work. 🙂 You are truly a very talented photographer, Allen.
