Christin and Eric’s Wedding Album
Another one finished quite a while back, Christin and Eric’s wedding day took place at the St James in Port Arthur with a *fun* reception to follow at the Beaumont Country Club where Stephanie East had it looking gorgeous 🙂 Remember that the finished album is much larger–14×10 inches in size and 28 inches across when open. As always, if you’re reading this on our Facebook page, the images are much nicer on the actual blog post. Song: “Dreams Collide” by Colbie Caillat Catering by Bandos, the whole day was beautiful and the story of their wedding day turned out beautiful as well. 🙂 You can opt for many covers…

Beaumont Bridal Portraits | Kyra
This past Saturday I spent the day with Kyra and Ian in their beautiful wedding at St. Michael’s Orthodox Church here in Beaumont with a fun reception at the Beaumont Botanical Gardens, which means today I get to share a few favorites from her bridal session a few weeks ago 🙂 Here she’s touching up her lipstick before we move into full vogue 🙂 This is the portrait she chose for display at her reception – it looked really good in metallic with a nice frame 🙂 Kyra’s eyes were gorgeous… and I love how her necklace sparkles in the touch of light: More pretty eyes, smile and sparkly bling…

50!
No, I’m not referring to some obscure line in an Anniston/Stiller movie – this past week my parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary! 🙂 Held in the Fountainview room of the MCM Elegante’ hotel, it was standing-room only for friends and family of the groom and his bride. Note: If you are viewing this on our Facebook page, the images are much nicer on the actual blog post. They look so young still, they were obviously married as small children: Mom, dad and I went to hotel the night before for a few portraits: Little did mom know, dad had a reason for doing so, as he shaved his beard…

Port Arthur Wedding – Shonte and Jim
Shonte and Jim were married in a beautiful wedding in Port Arthur, Texas recently. Reginald Campbell of Studio Phenom fame came over from League City to shoot as the second photographer – a very accomplished/talented photographer in his own right, we’ve discussed working together for a while now and today was the day 🙂 Note: If you are viewing this on our Facebook page, the images are much nicer on the actual blog post. OK, back to the wedding: The girls are getting ready, makeup in one room, hair in another, it’s a flurry of activity leading up to the ceremony: The men step into their tuxes in a few…

Beaumont Wedding – Devin and Michael
Devin and Michael were married in a gorgeous wedding in the ballroom and atrium at the Holiday Inn Plaza here in Beaumont. You just know it’s going to be a great wedding photographer day when the sky is clear, Grace Mathis is busy working her magic with makeup and TC Gauthier has obviously put in countless hours decorating the venues – everything was perfect! Let’s get started, there’s a plethora of pretty pictures ahead… 🙂 First, we began early with Devin getting ready – lots of activity surrounding her and her 11-hundred bridesmaids, flower girls, mothers, maids and matrons of honor: Grace is busy getting the color and style just…

Port Arthur Engagements – Shonte and Jim
Even in the middle of a rain storm, covered by swarms of mosquitoes (yes, 2 weeks in a row), Shonte and Jim smiled throughout their engagement session and were great subjects as we photographed them in and around Lamar State College Port Arthur. I had a fantastic time hanging with them for the afternoon, and I’m really looking forward to the wedding! Shonte and Jim are just incredibly cool, down to Earth people. With their wedding coming up in November, we are excited to share a few images from their session, and please leave a comment if you’d like! It’s been a while since I’ve walked on the campus in…
