Galveston Engagements ~ Katie and Neal are Getting Married!

Katie and Neal met on a blind-double-date turned single-blind-date in Galveston, love bloomed in the sunset along the Galveston bay and the rest is history! 🙂

Neal, a real man’s man, doesn’t like to admit his heart went pitter-patter on that first eventful date, but Katie was all abuzz with the story when we met recently back at the scene of cri… er, where they met and where Neal proposed. 🙂

The Colonel Paddle Wheel boat played a significant role in their love lives – it’s where the sunset cruise that eventful first date ignited the spark and later, in the shadow of the paddle wheeler and Moody Garden pyramids, Neal proposed this past Fall. 🙂

Needless to say, Galveston Island, with the Strand and beaches, holds a special place in their hearts.

Ahhh… young love 🙂
