    Ruh-Roh Shaggy!

If you’ve tried to contact me using our contact form linked to above in the last few weeks, I just found out it hasn’t been sending the contact submissions, even tho it tells you the form submitted as requested. It is fixed now, please contact me again – I’d love to be your photographer! 🙂 Just a note that I am completely booked through June and have a few spots left over for July-December of this year. Contact me with your wedding date and we’ll match our calendars 🙂 The good news for today is that we have a winner in our Wedding Photo of the Year! Make that winner(s)…

Christmas Portraits – David and Elise

Last week we took our little ones downtown for some images (they actually (mostly) cooperated!) – we found a perfect green and red spot and rewarded them with hot chocolate at Rao’s afterwards… “mmmm” as Elise would say. 🙂 Note: If you are viewing this on our Facebook page, the images are much nicer on the actual blog post. Here’s a couple of our favorites – they’re not perfect, but with kids this dern cute they don’t have to be – and they have a couple grandmas that will tell you that themselves 🙂 🙂 Those faces just make you grin no matter what. 🙂 This one made it to…

    Three!

OK, several posts coming in the next few days, getting caught up on the busy months of November and December 🙂 Note: If you are viewing this on our Facebook page, the images are much nicer on the actual blog post. While things were being set…

Beaumont Engagement – Kimberly and Kyle

With the time change we have to adjust our photographic schedules or we get caught by sundown like we did in our recent Lake Charles engagement session with the future Mr. and Mrs. Kyle. 🙂 We got some really good images but the sun went down before we were quite done. So… when Kimberly and Kyle were in town a week or so ago we took a little time to take advantage of the great light and weather to finis: We found several new (to me) places with lots of good texture and light: We just loved how the sunset skimmed light across the tops of grass, great light 🙂…

    Oh Brother!

The other day I met my brother Jerry and his three sons downtown for some fun family portraits. It had been a while since the last ones and was time – they’re growing up so fast. Owen is playing basketball at Ozen High School, Zach is busy with the band at Odom Academy and Aden is playing soccer at his school. They wanted something a little different and fun – here’s a few of what we got 🙂 We began with some nice, smiling into the camera photos, then moved into some more fun images: A while later I asked them to show me some of the most awesome ninja…
