Nederland Weddings ~ Kati and Andrew
We met Kati and Andrew at their Texas A&M engagement session this past year – Kati always the bubbly giggling one, Andrew the quieter one, and both dyed through and through maroon red 🙂 The day began bright early with Kati and her girls at Onstage Hair Salon in Beaumont – yahoo! Lots of great natural window light for pretty pictures 🙂 Leave it to the Greek Goddess to match her toenails with her favorite sorority’s shoes 🙂 Meanwhile, Andrew arrives at the church to get ready: I love the movement in these two as Kati slips her gorgeous wedding gown on: Why yes, it does take seven attendants to…

Emily and Jason’s First Look
A sneak peek at all the goodness that was Emily and Jason’s recent wedding at First United Methodist in Nederland 🙂 Emily and Jason chose to do a first look as a way to ease the nerves of walking down the aisle, getting to spend those first few moments with each other without a thousand eyes boring into the back of their heads, but mostly because they like doing things their way 🙂 I asked Emily to go with me around the back of the church and Jason would appear around the other corner, they could do the slow-motion run into each others’ arms and everyone would live happily ever-after.…

Southeast Texas Weddings | Kimberly and Kyle ~ Part One
After more than a year of our time with Kimberly and Kyle we finally came to the big day! Married in a beautiful ceremony in First Baptist Church in Vidor, Kimberly’s day began early at the hair salon where she got her hair did and makeup done. Here Kimberly sits in the chair at Total FX getting her hairspray on 🙂 All 3 Kimberly’s are sighting in the placement of the feather and brooch on her netted veil: Kimberly and her maids of honor spend a little time getting even hotter: 😀 Rings! After makeup and hairspray were applied, it was off to the chapel where we’re gonna get married……

Beaumont Weddings | Krystal and Ross ~ Part Deux
And we’re back! 🙂 We last left our two lovebirds as they were on their way to meeting the one they’ve waited for all their lives – this “first glimpse” was truly magical, watch how the tension builds: … and dissipates 🙂 I was there and I still love to watch the slideshow – it starts slowly and builds speed as she moves across the floor until Krystal is in Ross’s arms, then it slows down again – a kiss, a hug, they step back to admire each other, then more embracing. Ah… this is how wedding days should be. Experienced. We as a culture race from beginning to end,…
